If you’re staying in town this Valentine’s Day, Gingerboy’s here to take your tastebuds on a journey through South east-Asia.

Just like a couple’s holiday but no humidity, 99% less arguments and a few thousand dollars cheaper, GB will be serving up a banquet built from all your favourite dishes + a few extra special treats, along with a glass of bubbles on arrival.

MENU:
glass of champagne
raw ocean trout, black bean dressing and finger lime
spanner crab and endive salad, red nahm jim, crispy sambal
steamed pork and shiitake dumplings, with garlic chive ponzu
chilli salt school prawns and silken tofu, fermented chilli paste and saltbush
ms7 wagyu beef striploin, asparagus, asian mushrooms, kampot pepper sauce
