Taking cues from the beloved bottomless lunches you'd find dotting every corner in L.A. and New York, each Sunday Gingerboy will be dishing out dumplings and topping up your tipple with bottomless sparkling and mimosas.

- chinese cabbage and onion dumplings, nam prik pao
- spiced eggplant, okra and split pea curry puffs, with saffron yoghurt (v)
- steamed prawn and ginger dumplings, peanut soy
- steamed pork and shiitake dumplings, with garlic chive ponzu
- crispy pork belly bun, apple slaw, quince hoi sin
- mimosa (flavours rotate weekly)
